welcome to:
Wyoming Land
Wyoming land is still affordable, abundant, and
undisturbed by pollution and urban blight. Wyoming real
estate prices have rapidly appreciated in recent years,
but are still affordable compared to other parts of the
country. Face it, Wyoming has a population density of
only two residents per square mile, so I guess there is
still a bit of land left to build on.
Wyoming offers its residents many benefits not found in
other states. First of all, Wyoming residents pay no state
income taxes, and the corporate taxes in Wyoming are
the lowest in the nation. The state of Wyoming has a
budget surplus due to all the revenue from energy
production and is spending the money wisely on new
schools, infrastructure, and public services.
Serious crime, air pollution, heavy traffic, and stifling
bureaucratic regulation are virtually non-existent in
Wyoming. Unemployment in the state is well below the
national average. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of
happiness is still available in the equality state. All of
these factors make Wyoming land very attractive right
now.
Another factor that makes Wyoming land an excellent
investment opportunity is the burgeoning energy
production in the area. Wyoming is the nation’s number
one coal producer, and ranks eighth in methane gas
production. With energy prices steadily rising, this trend
shows no sign of reversing. The good news is that
Wyoming land is still affordable. You can even buy a 35
acre home site for less than $150,000.
